Troubleshooting

Not sure if your system is having trouble? Here are a few things to try first before calling into the office. These could save you money on simple things you can check first.

Nothing will turn on

1. Check your breakers to make sure that all the breakers labeled for your central system are turned on.

2. Check to make sure the thermostat is turned to either heat or cool and not turned to the off position.

Outdoor unit not running

1. Check disconnects at outdoor equipment to make sure breakers or fuses are good.

2. Check to make sure fan at thermostat is in auto position and not just on make indoor unit run.

3. Check breaker in breaker box for outdoor unit to make sure it's flipped on.
