The T.V.A. program is ran through your local utility board. At this time, Athens Utility Board does not offer financing.
If you finance your central system through the utility board, they will set your payment up for 10 years and add the cost
to your utility bill. If you finance a standard central system it will have a finance rate of 8%. If you finance an advanced
comfort system it will have a finance rate of 6%.
