You might ask yourself, why should I choose Bolinger Heating and Air Conditioning to install my new comfort system? And to answer those questions you may have I will tell you this, we have been an established company in Monroe County for years, our owner David Bolinger has been an owner for nearly 35 years! Our Service Technicians and Installers alike have been to classes to make sure they are up to date on all the newest technology on the market. Also we have a list of questions to ask yourself and even others out there:
1. Is the company as established company that will be here in the future to service it's customers?
(Fly-by-night heating and air companies tend to be in business less that 14 months as a national average)
2. Can a company furnish a reference list of it's customers>
(We have over 5700 customers as an established company)
3. Does the company have a full-time, factory trained installation and service department?
(Our employees are tested multiple times through-out the year and trained to new technology)
4. Can the company provide same day service if needed?
We staff two full time service techs who are not owner/operater who are here just for service.
5. How long does the company guarantee their ductwork?
If installed properly, why would they worry with the guarantee? That's why we guarantee it as long
as it's installed on our equipment.
6. Does the company carry liability insurance?
Wow, this one is HUGE, we carry insurance to keep both parties safe, some do not, make sure they do!
7. Will the company allow customers to inspect equipment and watch duct work assembly in their shop?
We incourage you to tour our facility to see the makings of your custom system. Just call and ask to come by, we'd love to have you here.
8. How does the comapnies product compare to other brands?
This doesn't mean price, this means quality, because the old saying is, you get what you pay for. Make sure the comfort system is a quality piece of equipment that will last.
9. Has the other companies addressed my specific needs?
The Comfort Estimate Process takes close to 2 HOURS, not 15 minutes, make sure they addess all concerns or you could end up unhappy.
10. Do they have the qualified personnel to handle my job?
We are trained and experienced in the HVAC field, it's our living, not a side job, we take our work serious with pride.
Asking these questions can eliminate alot of companies from your search and make the process easier for you to have peace of mind.
